The Ego

I know a place where the demons do not go. You ask where’s such a place, it’s deep within:

My soul.

And the walls are breaking down, because the guards are full of sin. Feel free to come around, but for fear, I may not let you in.

The facade of blocks is fading, and jewels lay tarnished about. But deep inside, I promise this:

The soul will be without.
